There are three different flavours of work written to the queue by Claude using Throughliner you can explicitly call upon, or Claude will simply categorise your work into for you.
Every piece of work in your queue in "processed" is one of three kinds:
- Build (no tag) — the default. Claude makes the change: it edits your files to add or fix something. Most items are builds.
- [audit] — a review pass. Claude reads through your project and reports what it finds, without changing anything. The findings come back as new queue items you can decide to act on. Use it when you want eyes on something before touching it.
- [user] — a handover. Work only you can do: a step Claude can't run for you — checking something on your phone, running a command in a tool Claude can't reach, or making a call that's yours to make. Claude walks you through it rather than just handing it to you.
A flavour for every kind of work ensures that not only are they executed properly, they are also logged and the session closed accordingly.
